Cancellation & No Show Policy
We require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for all no shows or appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by phone more than 48 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, to maintain the highest quality service for all our patients and providers, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late. You will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for all late arrivals resulting in a rescheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.
Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.
No refund on Gift Certificate purchases.
Children Policy
While we love your babies and children, we ask that you please make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.
Pet Policy
For the safety and comfort of all our staff and clients we ask that you please leave your pets at home. Only service animals will be permitted. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of all our patients.
